Stoned Man Falls Asleep During Mugshot
For Christopher Shirley, 20, this proved too difficult and he was caught napping while Harris County police officers took his arrest photo.
Police were alerted by Wal-Mart staff after Shirley passed out in his vehicle in the supermarket’s car park.

Sky News reported that the driver from Houston in Texas was unable to tell officers at the scene when he was born.
Deputy Jim Slack said: “He’d wake up, kind of look around and then nod off again totally out of it.
“I thought, man, this guy is really high on something. He was slurring his speech and it just wasn’t making any sense.”
Police say Shirley admitted smoking synthetic marijuana while driving to the supermarket.
He was subsequently charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI)
