Cops: Woman yanked out rival’s dentures

DUDLEY, Mass. — A Massachusetts woman is facing charges for allegedly yanking the false teeth out of another woman’s mouth and throwing a beer bottle at her.

Caterina Froio-Chaput, of Oxford, was released on $100 bail after pleading not guilty Thursday to assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Police say Froio-Chaput was refused a drink Wednesday at the American Legion and told to leave. She allegedly started hitting the bartender in the face, then pulled the false teeth from her mouth before hitting her in the chest with the bottle.

The Telegram & Gazette (http://bit.ly/1uH8tKB ) reports Froio-Chaput told police she confronted the bartender who she believed was having an affair with her estranged husband.

When police found the teeth in her pocket, she said they had been planted there.

I been teaching personal protection combat for twenty five years or so and in that time I’ve consistently stressed one tactic to my self-defense students: Always go for the false teeth first.

It’s important to disarm your opponent quickly as possible of all vital weapons capable of inflicting massive and debilitating damage. False teeth qualify, trust me.

Ever been bit by a bartender who might be sleeping with your estranged bitter half? No doubt most of us have. It ain’t no walk along the lake. Better to be prepared.

In situations where yanking out your adversaries false teeth isn’t a primary option, you may consider kicking away their cane. Then use said cane to beat him or her.

Be adaptable. In situations where your opponent is using a light-weight, four-pronged walker, you might consider wrestling it from their thin, boney hands, then beating them with that. Just remember to remove any slit tennis balls from the feet of the walker for maximum impact.

Also, it may help to distract, disorient and confuse your adversary. I suggest telling them the incorrect channel for Fox News.
